Dream Hair by Tina asks that you provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before canceling an appointment. If you cancel with at least 48 hours' notice, you may be eligible for a refund of 25% to 50% of your deposit.
If you fail to provide the required notice or do not show up for your appointment, a charge of $500 or up to the full cost of the appointment will be applied to the card on file.
